The Rockazoid The Attorney General is over the FBI; therefore, he has the authority and responsibility to order FBI Director Wray and the entire FBI to surrender the documents to Congress. Congress is responsible to have oversight over the Dept of Justice (which would include the FBI) so they have the authority to see all that DOJ & FBI are doing so they can provide oversight. @The Rockazoid This is false. The DoJ is required to do what ever the President tells them to do provided it is Constitutional, and the FBI is a department with in the DoJ. Congress is Constitutionally mandated to oversee the FBI, just like the Court is Constitutionally mandated to judge both Congress and the Executive.

The FBI failed to switch the real explosives to harmless powder and six people died and 1,000 were injured. In 1996 ,TWA flight 800 exploded at 13,000 feet just six weeks after being used in a K-9 bomb sniffing exercise. PETN and RDX residue was found in the recovered submerged wreckage! I feel a full investigation of this unlikely CIA activity should take place immediately. And while they’re at it perhaps we can have access to 28 pages of the 9/11 Commission report which would explain how the Saudi’s and President George W. Bush got us into this current unending mess.
