Hi, can i send the item from amazon to TTS fulfillment center, using the amazon's barcode?

Is it this simple? The pallet size seems quite small and unrealistic for our product. 1.6m height and Weight including pallet 650kg... We need help but customer service just points you to help guide which is ambiguous. Not helpful to new sellers like myself 😢
