Szkoda tylko że zapomniał jak strzelać...mam wrażenie że jest bez formy ale to może też wina że wielu kreatywnych zawodników nie gra, np. dejong, pedri, gavi. Okaże się jak oni wrócą do gry, jeśli dalej tak słabo będzie u niego ze strzelaniem to prawdopodobnie już jest za stary na grę w tak dobrym klubie a jeśli się odbuduje to będzie dobrze. Czas pokaże. Na razie jest bardzo słabo w tym roku a jedna asysta "wiosny nie czyni".

He actually played as CDM in this match which is even more impressive that he managed to score a brace and nearly a (perfect) hat-trick. A lot of people don't even know that he was originally an attacking midfielder at the youth levels, nor are they aware that he was typically the highest goalscorer besides the forwards. He was like a Cesc-type of player. This just shows how much love Sergi has for the club that he sacrificed himself to play as a right-back for 7 seasons simply because the club never bought a replacement for Dani Alves. That said, he did a phenomenal job in that position for more than half of that time before injuries got to him and personal life issues happened. He does fairly well as interior, but I agree he plays best when he has to move the ball forward. Whether it's as a box-to box or attacking midfielder (this is why Luis Enrique saw potential in him to play as a RB in HIS system). Xavi needs to give him more playing time in the midfield, especially now that UCL and Copa del Rey games are coming up next month. All the other plays just need to step up their game, be united and play as a team.
