Bro. How to calculate AHU TR (newly to be installed) for a Electrical panel room, which has VFD's, controllers, breakers. How to know its quantity of heat generation.
That's ok bro. How could I calculate AHU capacity for that panel room? Those drives will generate a huge amount of heat. Chilled water temperature is around 7 -8 deg C in our plant.

Consider the heate mission rate (inefficiency of the VFD will convert into heat say 98% efficiency from VFD and 2% will be dissipating as a heat inside the room)from VFDs and add the same in your heat load calculation as sensible heat so that you can arrive the tonnage of the AHU.
Hello sir.. I have a doubt regarding Fcu. In a closed room/building from where Fcu is getting intake air, from ahu or existing air inside the closed building /room. If it is taking existing air inside the building /room the co2 level is more ryt, Please advice for the above
Hi, Basically FCU will circulate room air + some amount of fresh by the help of FAHU . Hence the fresh from the FAHU will ensure the oxygen level inside the room for human comfort. Better study carrier HVAC design Hand book.
