I think you'll find this interesting as it may be related to your video. My son was positive for Covid over Thanksgiving months ago and stayed with us for the holiday weekend. We sit one foot apart at dinner and talk and laugh non-stop. We also worked very closely for several days on house projects often only 2 feet apart. He was tested for Covid the day before Thanksgiving but didn't find out his positive results until 5 days later on the Monday following Thanksgiving. He was asymptomatic the entire time. When he called on Monday after getting back to college and told me he was positive I was a bit concerned since I am 66 years old. Now, I have an unusual hobby of testing my white blood count randomly with a hemocytometer and microscope. My white count is always between 6500 and 6800 per cu/mm and lymphocytes around 2,000-2,200. However, on that Tuesday when I tested my white blood count - it was over 12,000, The next day I had a PCR test and it was negative. The day after that (Wednesday), I tested my white count again and it was about 9,000. Two days after that (Friday) I tested again and my white count was down to baseline at about 6,500. I'm also involved in an NIH study here in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. About a month after Thanksgiving I was tested for antibodies and results were negative and have remained negative on repeated NIH testing. My question - would this imply my T-cell lymphocytes efficiently removed the virus early and therefore would not have needed assistance from the adaptive B-Cells and their antibody response? Would the T-cell test you mention be a worthwhile test (in the name of science). Also, you are most likely aware of the many studies being done world-wide on gut bacteria (microbiota) and relationship to Covid-19 susceptibility. Personally, I have been practicing intense lifestyle and diet strategies to maximize my microbiota and would love to find a research center doing studies on correlations between microbiota diversity and susceptibility to Covid-19. Maybe a future video subject - extremely interesting stuff.
Read this paper: "Exposure to SARS-CoV-2 generates T-cell memory in the absence of a detectable viral infection" Regarding T-Detect, this clip suggests negative PCR is 100% matched to negative T-Detect. Perhaps it depends on how much memory you make? You can try and see what happens though. "T-Detect COVID demonstrated high PPA in subjects with prior PCR-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection (97.1% 15+ days from diagnosis; 94.5% 15+ days from symptom onset), high NPA (∼100%) in presumed or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 negative cases, equivalent or higher PPA than two commercial EUA serology tests, and no evidence of pathogen cross-reactivity."
Thanks as always Dr Mobeen! You're the best! Right from the start of COVID-19 I kept asking myself why are they using antibody tests and not t-cell tests and was confused. But I put it down to costs and ease of testing. So am really pleased this test is now available for the average person. Especially as I find asymptomatics very intriguing! I suspect I was one too, but I didn't have a test to know for sure! So this is great. I love your drawings! And I love your amusement of them equally ❤️❤️
Unfortunately, my big exposure to covid occurred in January 2020 (my stepmom had all the symptoms and living with her, I was very much exposed). I'm gonna look into getting a t-cell test (just as a confirmation so that people will stop telling me to get the vaccine), but I'm not feeling that optimistic that it has enough sensitivity to detect t-cells going that far back.
Had the test and it was positive which was awesome. I was primarily asymptomatic with only a taste change when eating cantaloupe about 8-10 months ago and some sinus issues which I attributed to seasonal allergies.
Roger below has asked the exact question as I'm asking. Will this serve as a pass like a vax certification. TCell immunity is better than the Vax and a number of studies say it is for life and it is good against all mutations. Check out the Taiwanese and Singaporeans who tested SARS and MERS survivors.
not sure if it protects from all mutations because people are getting covid twice and I am sure they had tcell immunity from the 1st time they got covid, but none of these people were hospitilized which is really what the vax is supposed to protect against. I just tested for the Tcells and am waiting for results, eitherway I am not taking the vax!
@@CarmellaNYC It would be nice if you could get a certificate that trumps the cdc vaccination card as proof that you have had the virus and have antibodies and have no need to get the vaccine
Thank you for the explanation. I just wanted to mention that in your presentation you talked about 2 different assays from 2 different companies. One was FDA approved and the other one was not approved yet. They use slightly different technologies that are key for the detection mechanism.
Essentially pharma wants you to get a shot, t'cells would diminish that need....I have cells working in my behalf...I tested positive fo t cells last April and I will test again in December....use common sense not fear to fight physical disease....
Superb tutorial! Perfect timing! Thought I was having mast cell activation to newly-prescribedTelmisartan several months ago. However with further knowledge about covid mast cell involvement, plus residual continuing symptoms, I considered covid. Just recently asked for antibody test to confirm as I re-started the Telmisartan without any side-effects, but realized from your videos that this late in the game I would probably need a T-cell based test. Thank you so much
I most definitely had covid in January (tested positive 3 times.. had the symptoms.. 6 of us had it together) but just tested NEGATIVE for this Tcell test. I’m calling them tomorrow to ask questions.
Someone would have to do a controlled trial to see how many unvaccinated T-Cell positive ppl get infected and it would have to be comparable "efficacy" to vaccines I guess. Because right now, we don't know what it means for immunity.
I think you could have discussed or covered the significance of T cell testing vis a vis the reality of false (+) RT PCR tests which may be occuring among the asymptomatics. How T cell testing could really determine who is actually infected ( & be potentially infectious), against performing mass RT PCR or antigen tests which may give a lot of false (+) results.
@@maryforbus1918 Isn't the sars 2/sars-cov-2 the one from around 2003? I'm by no means a virologist, so my understanding isn't up to speed. I know that s-c-2 causes covid-19, but how/why is that a link to the 2000s sars outbreak?
Why take the vaccine if you have T cells? I hear the argument of new variants but the current vaccines are based on the original covid 19 infections which give some level of protection for the new strains.
Exactly! According to the Red Cross, those who are recovered from a covid infection, but then have also taken the shots cannot donate plasma to treat covid sufferers because the shot “wipes out your naturally-acquired antibodies”. IMO it is wrong for doctors to advise those who have recovered to take shots anyway as CDC/FDA keep suggesting people still do. That advice seems very suspect (not unlike much of the advice coming from these organizations), given the reality exposed by Red Cross policy.
Dr. Syed may I ask an important question off topic from this video. I saw your video in regards to can Ivermectin block vaccine. Your answer is no. But your discussion pertains to mRNA vaccine. I lived in Southeast Asia and my option is only Sinovac vaccine which uses a weakened whole virus. Can Ivermectin interfere or block the efficacy of Sinovac vaccine?
Dr. Mobeen, can you explain, please, this situation. First, we know that IL6 in coronavirus infection, can be big part in Cytokine storm. Right? I kind of lost IL6 here. Please, explain. And second, what if other infections can stimulate production of Il-4, Il-12, Il10 ets. Can this test be false positive? Thanks.
My take is IL6 is released by macrophages and when they attack an invader will release IL6 to call more defenders to the affected area. Basically come one come all and the party begins, in the case of cytokine storm the party gets out of hand. Macrophage activation syndrome kind of party. Second part of question, the cells are "washed" IL-X will be released only when the washed cells "see" a familiar antigen (@24:25) so shouldn't be a false positive.
Dear Dr. Syed, I'm trying to support your asome work and spreading the word, by buying an Ivermectine hoody but I cannot find the merchandise. Can you please let me know where to find it ? I'm from The Netherlands. Thank you !!
Sir can we directly use any enzyme which is not harm to WBC and react with WBC chemical spill substance.... And form colour. Or We give supernatant of wbc-corona antigen.. And check with enzyme which is colour form and WE READ THIS COLOUR WITH PHOTOMETER, COLOURYMETER, etc and get reading. This test perform everywhere in biochemistry machine
Excellent as usual Dr Been. I Just Pray it doesn't end up causing ADE or cause other problems to our population long-term ...😔! 🙏
Your immune system has built up a perfect defense against the virus and most variants of it too, and then you can put a medical experiment into the body that causes some reaction and possible unknown reactions with other viruses some years from now. I think it should be obvious what the wise decision is.
It’s recommended that even if you’ve had Covid that you still take a vaccine because the vaccines will lead to a stronger and more consistent reaction of your immune system than the disease itself. I single shot would however be sufficient. Dr Mobeen has made a video about this subject.

Well, that is because they are going to come up with a T- cell test to make money on instead of testing our natural T-cells. Any way these demonic pharmas can get rich off the masses and the governments, they will. They continue to use scare tactics.
When someone tests positive for COVID specific T-cell past infection do we know how long these cells remain.. and will these protect us from future infection while present? ~ I have only seen a few of your videos but so appreciate your knowledge and methods of education.
Roger is right on. The Taiwanese and Singaporeans both said TCell immunity was for life from their studies of SARS and MERS. I had MERS in 2010 and a very mild case of COVID. I'm convinced my TCell immunity came from MERS. I cant wait to take this test.

I have had COVID twice now with a slight change in the characteristics of the symptoms with each infection. First time was I March 2020 with the recent infection in November 2021. I haven’t been vaccinated so my own immune system activated for me. I am also not on any regular medication for other disorders. I am interested in having my own immune system tested to compare the level of immunity that has now occurred. Where can I get tested for anti bodies and T cell results. ? I am in the uk.
There's no test yet that can tell "how immune" you are. The only thing that we know is that if you've had COVID, it likely means you can have it again. You can only hope the vaccine makes you milder or asymptomatic even when the next variant breaks through YOUR immune memory. Because the data shows vaccines reduce symptoms...and that's it. The only candidate for "permanent complete immunity" we know of for sure is that some people have cross-reactive T-Cells to previous common cold coronaviruses that happen to be able to stop infection in it's tracks. And it might very well be genetic. And that may be even changed with increased dosage. But the good thing is that T-Cell epitopes (the binding site) doesn't change fast for coronavirus.
@@tinmaddog7 You know it's people who have the tendency to take things to extremes like going from a vaccine passport to social score or equat collective healthcare programs to being forced into communism why it's likely so many Americans die from this disease and others or go bankrupt while receiving medical treatment. I suspect covid infection in March 2020. I still have chest pain that goes up and down and palpitations after eating and getting up, head and face tension. I even had the symptoms from March 2020 in November 2020 after which I have post-nasal drip to this date. I have several negative AB tests in the period Dec 2020 - April 2021. The problem is that I started getting high blood pressure pills in January 2020 which can give their side effects. I also became vegan in April 2020 which can have it own effects. On top of that I had first dose of AZ on 10 March 2021. So - is there point of getting this test to see if I have long covid symptoms or not because of the vaccine? The test here costs about 90 eur. I do not know if it is from the same company.
Is T-Detect the same as the T-spot test? It was $219 and it was NEGATIVE. I had covid most of January. They didn’t even ask (on the form or verbally) if or when I had Covid, so that’s not part of their data set. So much for collecting valuable data on how long we’re immune!!

I would love to have this test. In Feb 2020, I had a strange febrile illness, felt fatigued, and had to use an inhaler for a couple months after this. Highly unusual and I had had my flu shot.
