I remember, when i was a little boy back in the late 1980's, my older brother bought a compilation, FIVE STAR III (tape), for our Commodore 64, and it also included ALIENS. That was the first time, i knew about the ALIEN franchise. In fact, a couple of years after i played that game on our Commodore 64, i figured out, it was based on a James Cameron movie - a sequel to ALIEN (1979). The Famicom game of ALIENS pretty retrospectively cool. A big retrospective like 👍🕹️ from Vantaa, Finland 🇫🇮. 😺👍🕹️
There was a time when Mr. Nobuo Uematsu, who later became famous as a composer of the Final Fantasy series, also made such songs (off course, these aren't bad either).
That seriously looks like a really fun game... Why didn't they port this on the NES or SMS? This game would've sold like MILLIONS of copies; considering how popular the Alien franchise was! It definitely looks like alot more fun than the trash that is Alien 3.
Square would have had another game to their FDS catalog along with Worldrunner and Cursed Treasure of Cleopatra if this had gotten released. Anybody know if the music follows James Horner’s score.
