After the events of Blue Moon: Sector C. You end up finding yourself at Blue Moon B-Side.
But since of knowing that BM:SC has been engulfed with lava, you know that this place will soon get swallowed by lava.
After getting to the exit, you fall down since of the pathway breaking apart.
You go unconcious.
After waking up you find your self in a portal room, or what ever was left of it.
You wake up your friend, then pressing the button, your journey to the last portal begins...
