Most transformations are about bringing people insecurities to the forefront. Daan is about giving up his life because he lost everything (Blank Soul) and Osaa already prepared beforehand so he just accepts it
@@mustard639Al revés, es un reflejo de su miedo, el miedo de que él mismo no controle sus desiciones Por eso su forma quemada por la luna parece como si tuviera un parásito en la cabeza que lo controlase
Other contestants when moonscrotched: *PREPARE TO DIE, SCUM!* Daan becoming the new Pocket Cat: Damnit Karin... I really feel like f*cking children rn!
I wonder what Daan’s moonscroched form would look like without Pocketcat’s influence or if Daan wasn’t a blank soul (since entities like Pocketcat need blank souls to take over).
its cliche but the moonscorched form of blank souls would probably just become ghosts, alluding to the fear of their actions bearing no weight onto the world around them and having no effect on their future (Daan aimlessly searching for answers before & after Termina, ultimately leading to the void of depression either way). In the void they are offered false enlightenment in the form of possession/absorption through meddlers such as Pocketcat, who in this case decides to drag Daan further into the void before he has a chance to clear his mind and possibly find the answers, which might have been right around the corner
"Wow osaa you're not gonna believe this. I've brought 5 people to this tower so far and everytime I touch it they turn into these hideous creatures! You wanna see?"😂😂
“Hmm it sounds dangerous to even consider approaching, hmm? Walking and talking okay I can oblige. As I was saying it’s incredibly dangerous and possibly has magic to do with it. We shouldn’t go nea- wait why are we at the tower?”
definitely many Majora's Mask references here, Rher in the sky, then rushing at the tower for the last battle, just like the Moon in Majora's Mask, and Per'kele himself basically being Skull Kid lol, oh and of course, Termina being the alternate land to Hyrule where Majora's Mask takes place, where there's an ongoing festival, and here we have the Termina Festival in Funger 2
It doesn’t really. If you find Abella at bunker seven and don’t recruit her, she won’t moonscorch until day three night. But if you find Henryk and don’t find the food storage, he’ll moonscorch on day one evening. That’s because her moonscorch is intended to be triggered by the woodsman’s parasite, (the path to bunker seven you have to go past the woodsman’s head) and Henryk's form the darkness in the basement. Now obviously there’s a logical discrepancy right? However there already are many. If you save Henryk and go to bunker seven on day one morning, instead of finding moonscorched Abella you find nothing. Same thing if you recruit Abella and go to the mayors manor on day one morning, you’ll just find nothing. Daan's medical diagnosis also makes it clear that Chaugnar's transformation was triggered an outside force around the head, while the Mastermind didn’t have a parasite that triggered the transformation, the growth just happened. Miro wouldn’t write the difference between the two if there wasn’t any.
@@BlakeTheBloker Something like that. Chaugnar was one of the first moonscorched forms designed, I think it and maybe the Gentleman were the only moonscorched forms implemented in the demo version of the game, since the demo ended when you entered Prehevil. Likely he hadn’t thought about the tower door transformations when he first designed Chaugnar. This isn’t a huge problem in my opinion, since many of the other contestants transformmation at the tower, don’t make as much sense at the tower than their regular moonscorched locations. Basically while touching the tower door before the festival is over causes moonscorching is canon, but it’s not really the intended canonical trigger for any of the 12 contestants transformations seen in the current game.
She's a very underrated girl I love her with my whole soul, it's so sad to see her suffer trough all these things. Quite frankly she's the one of the most rational one out of all and persistent too...
