Fear and Hunger - Entering Ma'habre 

Subbed and congratulations in advance for 1k, and a bright future. These videos trigger a fascination in me that I have not experienced since first finding out about Bloodborne in 2015 and watching all the dark lore videos . I found them completely entrancing and they left me completely engulfed into the dark land of Lovecraftian horrors that is Yharnam.. I didn’t have a ps4 to play it until years later when I played it on PC using the PS Now streaming service, then again about buying a PS5. Yet I was completely enraptured by the dense, dark and fascinating lore completely based on its own Merits. I have never experienced this same fascination with a world I have not yet had the pleasure, and pain, of playing just out of pure fascination with the lore until I found the Fear and Hunger lore videos. Bloodborne and Fear and Hunger have been the only two games to illicit this reaction of being compelled to learn more and more about it. And your videos are put together so well, with a through line narrative based on experiences of certain characters, interactions with new and old gods and their disciples, the decrepit decay that has become rooted through every brick and every being within these dungeons. Keep it up, I couldn’t give any higher praise to a lore channel than I afford you, just keep honing your craft because you have created both a solid foundation for this channel and each of these videos and their future.

I just beat the game for the first time last week, and idk why but entering Ma'habre felt like an overwhelming experience, almost like I had no business making it that deep. That creepy theme and the golden hue felt downright intimidating. Its somehow simultaneously one of the safest and most dangerous locations at the same time. Iirc the crow mauler doesn't follow you there considering he's no time traveler, and getting that book of enlightment is a true checkpoint, but Ma'habre isnt just that it's also a point of no return for each of our protagonists a sign that our role is this dungeon is grander than we could have imagined.
