Grant Ward was the best character of AoS! And team Coulson are a bunch of hypocrites who were no better people than Ward, maybe even worse, because, unlike them, Ward acknowledged who he was. But Skyeward will always be my weakness, my favorite otp despite how awful Skye treated him because of the writers, when he clearly deserved a second chance. Despite everything he did, he would have never ever be able to shoot Skye no matter what, especially not in the back and so cold-bloodedly, the way she shot him with a straight face (and she called him a cold-blooded killer...right...). On the contrary, he would die for her, every version of him, framework or not. That's love. And Skye could have saved Grant if she would've forgotten about her hate for a minute and at least tried to understand what Grant had gone through, the life of abuse he had to endure, to not have even 1 person who would love and protect him, instead his entire life he was abused, the 15 years of brainwashing he had to endure starting from when he was only 15 years old, the most vulnerable time in persons life...and in the Framework when Skye finally realized she could have saved him, she will regret her actions for the rest of her life, that will be her greatest regret...The way the writers wrote Skye, she never really loved him. (Ps, Grant loved Skye no matter what, even when she was Hydra in the Framework...he would do anything for her because he truly loved her). Ward deserved better! But no matter what the writers did, Brett and Chloe's connection and chemistry were always stronger.
