Would be a fitting end. The original version of Fear would've had Madison become the villain. So even though this won't be nearly as great as Madison vs her children, this can still be something pretty cool!

I feel so bad for Charlie because she wanted Madisons forgiveness and I feel the only way she could get that was by offering her self as sacrifice. Madison is stone cold and doesn't give a shit who has to suffer. So far this is the strongest of the 2nd half, I hope Madisons quest leads her to her kids. alive or dead.

Nick killed Troys father. Troy’s brother got bit when fighting with Troy over his rifle. Troy had to put him down after he died from bleeding out.

Alicia is definitely being held captive within Troy's group. It's how he has her arm and how she will reunite with Madison at the end. The final scene will involve Alicia, similar to how the main show ended with Rick's appearance.

Madison was about to kill Jeremiah Otto but Nick stole that opportunity from her last second. That being said, Troy got into a fight with his brother before a Walker got in the mix, Troy tried to save his brother last second but it was too late.

Yep, troy basically got his brother killed. He was shooting a grenade launcher to lead the horde, jake tried to stop him and troy pushed him into a single walker and nick cut his arm off and he bled out

Troy didn't directly kill his brother. It was partially his fault though, and Nick's too. Nick hit Jake on the head as he was about to kill Troy, and that resulted in Jake falling down the hill and into Troy's horde and he got bitten.

I cried. Charlie is the only character that got me to tear up three times in this entire show 😢. I'm less invested in this show now. I'm just glad I got to see Charlie and Troy share a scene together. Both are the best actors in this show. I just wish Charlie got more of a spotlight throughout the seasons. The girl's too talented to always be kept just for an episode per season. The episode with Charlie in Season 7 was my favorite and this episode might be my favorite of Season 8. Alexa's such an amazing character and she KNOWS how to bring emotion into every single scene. She's just a victim of bullshit writing. Madison might as well of pulled the trigger on Charlie. If Nick and Alicia knew that? They would never speak to Madison again. They saw Charlie as a little sister and Nick would of even accepted Charlie's apology. Charlie deserved a better ending.

Based on how this episode ended and what we know about 8x10, we might get some answers about how she survived the stadium in that episode: she'll be looking for Alicia, flashing back to her past, then decides to go back to PADRE, and finally the big battle in 8x11.

I really appreciate you reacting to the series. I have been following from the first episode of this show but now I have to stop lol I will watch the last episode and otherwise follow your reactions. The writing on this show is just too bad.... (I checked that the writers from 'Once Upon a Time' came to this show in season 4 and that explains a lot.)

You’re all taking the “blame” too literally. Troy views Madison as the underlying reason for everything that happened. Their settlement, in his eyes, was doing fine, then the Clark’s show up and everything (in Troy’s perspective) went to shit. Thus, for Troy, Madison DID take everything from him.

Those Charlie’s haters must be happy now. For me, she was just a kid while doing that thing to Nick. Yes she was responsible for nick’s demise but she was grown up in a broken world. She wasn’t properly raised to know what was right and wrong. Also she did that probably due to her natural impulse: what would you do if someone just s**t your beloved ones? She lived in her life with guilt and nightmares, later she was exposed to radiation. Those were more than gruesome to a child.

Why not give her radiation sickness some credibility by explaining June kept her alive but cancer (or whatever) is back and is terminal. Then her sacrifice would have made more sense and her initial illness and 7 years of remission would be more intelligent story telling.

Alicia wanted Charlie dead at first too. Madison didn’t have the time to properly forgive Charlie and obviously acted out of anger which got her killed. Thank you, you get it! This is about as close to OG Madison as we've gotten (granted she was only in 4A) in reboot Fear. In Madison's mind, it didn't matter how old she was at the time. She looks at her as one of the biggest reasons why the stadium collapsed. Madison then sacrificed herself to save her children, only for that sacrifice to essentially mean nothing. Nick dies. Alicia goes through hell and back. So sending Charlie to her eventual death, is absolutely something that Madison would have done!

Nick killed Jeremiah. Troy caused his own brother's death, along with Ofelia's. Troy's whole thing seems to come from being hurt about his child's mother being dead "because of Madison" somehow. I love that people think Madison should be level headed in front of her son's killer.

This is ridiculous. Charlie was weeks away from death and suddenly she's cured? There IS no cure for that stage of radiation poisoning. It makes very little sense other than a plot device separated from all fact. So far this last season is soooo disappointing. But I am glad that Daniel told off Madison.

Charlie did far less damage than Madison has. ( Nick was one of my fav characters) but Madison took a lot of kids,tons of their parents died trying to get their kids back. Nick killed Troy's dad to save Madison from doing it herself. ( he needed to die,but she turned Nick into a killer). She would've killed Morgan to get Moe., etc.. Madison the untended villian.

Yep to all that. She bonds to the worst people like Strand who didn't get it together until now, after killing so many innocent people. Alicia was so badly written last season, so pathetic, no wonder the actor left. Madison's supposed to be a great female lead yet I only cared about the people she lost. I'm fine if she doesn't make it. I'd have preferred a mutilated but way more sane Alicia and Daniel as leaders.

I am beyond furious 🤬 with the writers. They bring a character back just to martyr them & after we’d been told sooooooooo many times they had virtually no time to live years ago!!!!!!! And after they created those insanely stupid off screen deaths for of so many of our characters Ahhhhhhhh 🤯 It was hard enough for me to put up with Madison & Troy being resurrected. If Alicia has been killed off screen I am in danger of smashing my viewing device 😂 😢

Madison only recently began to run Padre after they were able to take it over from the bad guys. The entire 7 years Luciana refined fuel for Padre, the other people were in control and Madison was in a cell.

I know this is the apocalypse and the pickings are slim...but Alicia slept with Troy's brother! And since this isn't HBO, they won't go down the nonconsensual route either

@@Sabrina.682 they could say Alicia was pregnant with Will's (dude she in the bunker with) kid. No idea why Troy would act like that over another man's kid. Or why she's with him and not Alicia. But who knows. I think it's just some random woman Madison stole a kid from and then had to kill for some reason. It won't hit as hard, or be as shocking as Troy and Alicia having a kid. But this one is the only one that makes any sense

I remember watching early seasons of FTWD when we were first introduced to The Clarke family. I was so excited, watching them escape the city in the early years, even The Ranch, looked really great with so much potential but now look at this show, absolutely awful. What a shame.

Let's be honest it was either this or they would had killed Charlie off screen like the other missing characters I personally like this better for her. AMC fired letgo alot of the actors on this show because of budget cuts the network is still so cheap LOL look at the reduced short seasons for all there shows. Btw Nick's actor was leaving the show regardless of the shows direction 🤣 he really hasn't done anything since he left the series. Alicia's actor on the other hand said in interviews she's done killing Zombies trashing the show I doubt she's coming back to this show... I'll be surprised tho.

Nah, Frank Dillane would've stayed had the show not gotten scrapped after season 3. Same with Ofelia and Troy. Kim, Frank, and ADC all had seven season contracts

litteraly what the fuck, they did charlie dirty. just like they did john nick and madison with their deaths. this doesnt make any sence why would charlie take her own life to not give the coordinates of padre to troy? the show is too far gone. i hope we get a good sendoff with dwight and sherry next episode and i hope madison reunites with allicia, other than that i rlly stopped giving shits about this show cuz look what they do. i started to like charlie and this episode they reveal her to have survived the radiation miracilously only for her to shoot herself trough the chin. if she really shot like that she propably only shot her underjaw and is probs still alive.

Troy killed the Walker that his brother became. Troys brother was about to kill Troy because of all the shit he had done, and bringing the horde to destroy the ranch, and because he thought that Troy killed their father. Nick stopped him from killing Troy by pushing him off of him, and he rolled down the hill and ended up getting bit. He bled to death when they amputated his arm. Technically, Nick was responsible for the brothers death, but it was an accident. Nick was the one that killed their father, but Jake did not blame him, he still blamed Troy when Nick confessed because Troy was responsible for setting everything in motion. Troy seems to have some messed up mommy issues that cause him to want acceptance from Madison, so I really don’t think he would kill her even if he got the chance. That doesn’t mean he isn’t going to do some messed up shit before everything is said and done. Madison needs to make sure the job is done the next time she handles his psychotic, sociopathic ass.
