@@kirksimon3940 I agree do not move into a neighborhood where it has HOA fee if you don’t want to pay those fees. It is not up to the person who lives on site to do so. Leave that up to management to take care of those things if it wasn’t stated when they moved in that’s another story. I also blame management to allow people who live on the grounds to take care of this it is not their place because it will create these type of problems among neighbors. We are also forgetting that Belinda notarized herself to another home owners rental properties where she gained 1M dollars in which is one of the reasons why she was arrested on fraud. other home owners took them to court for the HOA fees over the years over whether or not it was a legitimate hoa fee. Among research it was discovered that the home owners was discontinued on their estates and that community paid into the PID which pays into such like a HOA fee. Belinda was wrong and how she came about it and did it was wrong she was not right and how she conducted herself was down right wrong. She is not innocent as she would like to proclaim to be. Sorry not sorry.

@@janethorne429 never said the other couple was right. No one here gets a pass it’s clearly wrong. To me Belinda looked like she got a rise talking about it and at times laughed about it. No one is talking about Religion here it means nothing to me what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and both were wrong. Religion is a whole other topic but we will stay at what the story is and the situation I was speaking on is how she conducted herself during the interview and listening to her she did not make her case any better.

​@@kirksimon3940 In this episode Belinda and her husband moved into a new neighborhood and created a fraudulent HOA in a neighborhood that didn't have one inorder to steal money. They went to jail for putting liens on people's homes and actually stealing several properties when the homeowners wouldn't pay the fake citations.
