Fearless US Marine Corp woman plunges into the ice! - Norway 

U.S. Marines Corp woman with II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) executed an ice-breaker drill as part of her cold-weather training. Her fearless icy plunge into a hole cut out in a lake at Setermoen, Norway, was part of her training for exercise Nordic Response 24.
The exercise has its focal point in northern Norway, Sweden, and Finland - as well as in the corresponding airspace and sea areas.
Over 20,000 soldiers from 13 allied nations are participating in the exercise. Of these, approximately 10,000 are on land.
