Hola Muy Pero Muy, Bonita Puntada ...Gracias Por compartirnos estas Belleza , Una Muy vuena idea para una bufanda Estaba buscando algo diferente y La Encontre ...Saludos y Abrazoz desde Mexico ...
I got confused with the last 2 stitches on the 2nd row, you say to pearl the last 2, but i see above that it's k2. Thanks for making the above comment...my head is on straight again!! lol
This is the continental method. Check these out for more info ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ki4pX9zJ-qA.html and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qooz_gTsZ_w.html
Just read the directions and watched the video. Seems the asterisk in the second row, right before the YO shouldn't be there. That's usually the symbol where the repeat begins, but the video shows the repeat begins with the K2. Just saying. Thanks for posting though; I am about to start on a neck wrap using this pattern.
I tried your pattern and I have to agree with other people who have commented, there is something off about the stitch count. It does not line up correctly for the straight rib you are showing. Also, that P1TBL is unbearable. Too bad, because it looks like it would've been very nice!
Michelle Blumenthal the stitch count isn’t off, it works out as it should just like in the video. There is one decrease and one compensating increase in each repeat of each row so the stitch count remains constant unless you’re not doing one of the increases or decreases or don’t cast on the right number. From the written instructions: Multiple of 5+2 (10, 15, 20 etc, then add two more, so total of 12, 17, 22 etc) Row 1: Purl the first two, then repeat to the end of the row YO, K2tog tbl, K1, P2. The yarn over increase adds the stitch taken away by the knit 2 together back loop decrease. Row 2: Knit the first two, then repeat to the end of the row YO, K2tog tbl, P1 tbl, K2. Again, the yarn over compensates for the k2tog tbl. It works like it is shown in the video and written instructions. The stitch count is constant, the pattern lines up and it works unless there is knitter error.
