Beautiful brushes Nikki! I’m so glad to hear you say to get the g502 not the 501. The price difference is significant! I luv my g502 so so much. It was a huge splurge for me but I don’t regret it. Great video ❤

Thank you so much! 💗 Yes! I’m so glad you got the G502. I agree the price difference really is substantial, you chose the perfect one. I agree the G502 truly is such a staple. I remember being so excited when I first received it.

I love the F1342 the Koyudo WCS small powder brush and the G502. All of these are beautiful brushes and so lovely to rotate between. I do agree about WCS… It’s my favorite hair type and I so hope more brushes are created with this hair. It’s amazing.

I totally agree! It would be amazing if Koyudo brought out more WCS in different shapes and sizes. It’s become one of my all time (if not my absolute fav) bristle type too! 😍

Hi thank you for featuring your favorite brushes for applying bronzer. I would be happy with any of the 6 brushes. I am a bit curious about the Takeda brush: the hair looks significantly shorter than on the Hakuhodo G502 and G501 - appears to be more than a 4mm difference. Thanks in advance for your reply.

My pleasure! That’s a good observation. I’ll have to measure my Takeda with my calipers and see if it’s actually the 40mm advertised length. I have noticed a lot of the time my Takeda brushes are shorter than advertised. I’ll definitely let you know!

I have a question. In reality to the normal person, who doesn’t share makeup or isn’t a makeup artist, how often do you wash your natural hair brushes

Depending on the hair type, I only wash a few times per year. Goat brushes can be washed no more than once a month or so. Squirrel brushes such as White Canadian Squirrel, Red Squirrel etc. I wash far less. I clean them off on a microfiber towel in between uses. The less you can wash your fude, the better. Foundation brushes I wash much more frequently.
