Morning Nathan. I'm surprised you don't have all your filter inventory in an excel spreadsheet. Whenever you do a filter change it would deduct qty on hand and make the suggested order for you. As good as you are on excel it wouldn't take 15 min to create. Have your oldest boy go upstairs and confirm inventory for you. 😊
Questions: Do you try to keep maintenance cost below a threshold of something? (below yields, below operations, below the ?????). Buying filters today for use next year seems to tie up some cash. How about move filter changes to be at sale time, that way, cash is not sitting in your filters?
We feel it's important to have filters on hand incase we need to change one in season. Like of an air filter gets plugged or a fuel filter restrictions code pops up. It's good to keep maintenance cost in check but we do what needs to be done for reliability.

For us in 12 for alfatoxin we got nothing, all their teats showed 0, if we put it in a bin we got nothing period, every load that we got rejected at elwvator all the samples were 0, curious how yours works
