The Fed balance sheet is killing middle class . 7.9 trillion dollars pushed into the system the reason for high inflation. Middle class can not take much more inflation before we all are on social services .😢

Well if the FED allows the USA to go in to deflation then you will see what real destruction of middle class is. When stuff in the supermarket becomes cheaper on a wide scale it also means the middle class will be thrown out of work with massive wide spread cuts for all companies in the country, even Government jobs like teachers, fire fighters would be cut to the bone. Deflation is what happened in the Great Depression it is the worst #1 enemy of the middle class. Inflation makes stuff more expensive yes but also income in the grand scheme of things is suppose to rise which is why Unions are out there fighting for raises which makes sense. Benteen Deflation and inflation, there is no doubt that deflation is way worse.

Is the FED Reserve a private bank that lends money to governments and banks? Do it lend it's own money or does it just print it out of thin air?

What's also an inflationary factor are those wars taking place hence affecting the price & availability of grain & energy

Gotta love Bloomberg interviewing an insider trader to get feedback on inflation and rate policy. Like asking a gambler for feedback on how to reduce addiction rates lmao

Consumers spend more now than a year or two ago because inflation is still high. They are forced to pay more, and the economists twist it up and say that this has resulted in increased consumer spending. Inflation rises by printing money, the more the FED buys debt, the higher inflation will go...and they can't stop printing money or else the financial system becomes illiquid. The FED can either keep rates higher and it will do absolutley nothing to fight inflation, then more bank failures or the FED can cut rates, which keeps the financial system liquid at the cost of higher inflation.

Government statistics always seem to be revised downward. The 100,000 less actual jobs created after the revisions do seem like a lot of Citizens who are not working? The GDP figures get adjusted to reflect reality, after Investors spend enough to keep markets going. What part of the image of stability are we supposed to believe, the rosey pictures pained as the picture appears to look like the government figures are supposed to look? Or does reality appear to present a different picture?
