Garland wouldn't get off his ass until after the Jan 6 committee pointed out enough indictable crimes. Even then he appointed a special counsel rather than do his job. 2. The supreme court has been shown to be corrupt and no additional justices have been appointed, no code of conduct with consequences established. 3. The donation cap and election campaign finance laws have not been overturned by scotus or fixed through legislation by Congress. Can't drain the swamp when the dirty money is still flowing. Congress makes more, in their pocket, from lobbyists in one year than in 6yrs of their combined salaries (red and blue). 4. Absolutely zero legislation was passed to limit the powers of the president or to ensure another Jan 6th doesn't happen again. 5. Ratify the constitution and Abolish the electoral college. One person, one vote, for president. It had its place before communication was what it is today. 6. States need to get rid of voting districts for state reps and require each seat to be voted on by everyone in the state. this would get rid of the Jim Jordans and Marjorie Taylor Greenes (might be republican but they'd be better qualified or at least qualified). It would also by default abolish gerrymandering as it would serve no point. 7. Legislation that if you engage in a armed insurrection of the government that you are castrated and your rights of citizenship (as well as ownership of land, ability to have a bank account, constitutional rights, all gone, forfeited and revoked. Within two generations...the cancer would be no more.) Democracy can be fixed if blue actually does what is needed to be done. Red will never ensure democracy is true and just because im a true democracy, they would never hold power. You can't keep playing by the rules as they are whenever the other side just doesn't give a damn about any rules or laws. When I say the other side I am not talking about "republicans" I'm referring to those who instead of upholding the constitution use the freedoms it grants to undermine its foundations in the pursuit of or for power.
