It will take decades of decent voting to normalize. At least people now know that it only takes 4 years to break our system. Imagine what 8 years would do.

Maybe Jack Smith isn't litigating yet because he is gathering evidence against her for a criminal prosecution? Just a thought that came to mind when you said that it was worth trying to take this to the 11th Circuit any way it went. He might not know this detail, but he likely was asked by the FBI to not get rid of her unless she really steps over the line or they give the OK.
She's a total disgrace for law and order. This should have been an open and shut case no more than 3 months. So much for a speedy trial and closure for all Americans.

Does Judge Canon's action today provide enough grounds for Jack Smith to take it to a higher court and get her kicked off the case? It's pretty clear that Judge Canon has no intention to ever try this case!
