Here was the monthly test of the outdoor warning sirens in Ashland County, Ohio. The county a little over twenty-five or so sirens spread throughout its many municipalities. Typically, tests of the sirens in Ashland County occur on the first Wednesday of the month at noon.
Due to rain today, I scrapped my original plans for the day and made my way down to Ashland to hear my first STL-10. I was a bit nervous dispatch wouldn't test because of the showers in the area; however, as the clock struck noon, this siren roared to life. Despite the weather, this was still a fun test. Enjoy!
