SOMEONE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND DEMONSTRATE THE TECHNIQUE!!! THANK YOU!!!!! AND THANKS FOR DISCUSSING POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING LOL I TRIED THIS ONE DAY AND FELL OUT WHEN IT DIDN'T COME OUT RIGHT LOL 😭🤣
I still don’t feel confident about this lol I feel like it “looks” simple because of the clients hair texture... I need to see this on straight NAPPY hair straight KUNTA because that’s what I have 😂 GREAT video tho love 💕
Hair texture does not matter if it’s “nappy” smooth it out make it happy lol I don’t use words like so lol just stating off your comment!!! Be blessed sis!! This video is great you can’t take all techniques from one individual, get hands on and learn no matter your texture, do what’s right for your hair!!!
Her: omg this is soooo easy Me: i think tf not this shit hard Edit: omg this is my first time getting so many likes and comments and I can’t believe I posted this 2 years ago thank youuu❣️😍
Alicia Butler ..Ur comment Had Me DyiN laughin..😂😂😂😂😂😂.. But Thats Real Talk Boo..Ur Right Practice Makes Perfect Never Give up when it comes 2 Anything!
shalonda johnson yeah agreed but it's probably because that's the method I use the most also 😂 ! I never use the second , just thought I would still share because a lot of other people do.
This hair style is beautiful. This just proves once again how much talent there is in black hair care. Im almost at tear right now. My people are fucking amazing. Just putting that out there. We will always over come.
One of the best tutorials I've seen on feeder braids. My daughter wants some so bad but I didn't have a method that I preferred. Your first method is a godsend. Thanks love!
This is my go to video for feed ins (the first method). I unsuccessfully tried to accomplish feed ins, for years. It ALWAYS ended with me being sooooo freaking frustrated because I always failed, end result was hair tangled. I would watch the video again, start the braid over.... hair looked like I tied it in knots, unbraided and watched a whole different video. You delivered me from that cycle. My feed ins are so seamless now! This is the first time I have ever seen this method. Thank you queen.
GOD Bless You, for showing both methods. I kept on getting confused since I would see some youtubers do one way and others do the other way so it's nice to see both methods in one video in regular speed. But really, GOD Bless You. I'll probably will stick with the first method.
I'm teaching myself how to do these braids and your videos has come in handy. I watch at least 3 times. I love the first method because I think it'll be easier for me as a beginner learning this style. Thanks so much!!
I can not thank you enough, I have tried to work out how the feed-in cornrows work but I couldn't. Until I watched the style you made up your self. It is so easy. My friend asked me to pay to teach me. Thanks so much, love you
This may be for feed in braids, but this video is what taught me how to braid (and the pattern to braid in as well) It took a few goes for it go from “looking a month old” to “my scalp hurting” 🙌🏽 THANK YOU FOR THIS SIS!
thank you for doing different methods because i feel like seeing two different ways helped me understand what you were doing and what you meant.really helped it click for me
Thank you for actually showing how to do this. I watched so many videos and they would have the video going so fast as though they want you to see how they do and at the same time they don't want you to know. Like it a waste to have people to watch their video but the video is going so fast. That's why I subscribed to you. Thanks again.
You are the reason I had the confidence to do this and succeed. I tried it once before and got frustrated. So I tried again determined to get it this time and I did. Thanks
New subscriber!!!🙋 Well done. I know how to do both methods. Like you the first method is sooo much easier than the second method. Good job explaining it for those that are trying to learn how to do feed in braids. 👍
Girl, thank you sooo much for this detailed tutorial!!! I had been using th e 2nd method, but now I'm gonna try the 1st method cause it looks so much easier. You did an awesome job at explaining everything for us to understand. I actually felt like we were in the same room while you were talking cause I found myself responding to your comments lolol....you're so talented so please keep doing videos and stay blessed sis!!!
I have searched and I mean searched u tube for help on feed in braids. Until I came across your video. I latched on to the first method babe and ran with it. I'm sorry I didnt watch the second method but the first one was the one for me. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! I just watched the first method of this video and 20 mins later I started 6 braids in my daughters hair for school. It came out so nice! I need to work on increasing the amounts of hair as i go.
I don't braid with beeswax that's a little too thick for me lol, but I would def use something thicker for 4C, most likely Murrays Edge Wax: Extreme Hold.
Murrays is the best! My hair is like this but more of a tighter curl. My cornrows don't last unless my stylist uses murrays..jam is ok but it won't hold the hair.. great video
Kay Ciera what hair typing system do you use? There are only 2 types of 4 4a and 4b people often say 4c. Because they are really tight coils but any coils in particularly course hair is 4a. 4a means course coily [spiral curls] 4b means course zigzag [curls] for more info www.andrewalkerhair.com/whats-my-hair-type/african-american-kinky-hair-types/
I use both methods actually. when starting feeding that get bigger I start with the first one...then because the hair gets thicker and my hands are small I add across the top and that works for me.
Interesting i don’t know how to feed at all so I’m trying to learn so I can do my own hair aha but I’ll try both methods in one braid I was gonna do one braid in one method and a diff braid the other method but I’ll try yours and see how I do. Thanks for sharing.
So glad I saw this. I can do the 2nd method in a breeze on myself. Will definitely try the first method on others. That just seemed SO SIMPLE. Good job.
Women sounded like a wounded animal who needed to be put out of her pain????!!!! If she was an animal the vet would put her out of her misery. First time I found a video where I could see and was learning something and had to switch it off cos of the racket....nobody is ever going to do a good video with food commentary and no screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeching..... that is not singing
I think a great way to know how much hair it add in is to look at the strands that you are braiding, becuase you want your piece of hair that you are adding in to be the same size, so that naturally as the braid reaches the back of the neck your pieces should be getting bigger. So when you start out, the add in hair is super small, you will feel like its basically nothing , and by the time you get to the nape of the neck you are adding in larger pieces.
5 years later I come across this video! Hi Pana, I watched your video a few times and tried your 1st method on my daughter’s hair and it came out so nice! It was my first time doing feed in braids. Thank you! It was easy to do because you showed it step by step and talked it through.
This is by far the EASIEST tutorial I have seen! No joke. I didn't even bother to watch the rest of the video 🙈. It's so easy I got it while practicing using strips of paper!!! You rock girl!
I almost just cried I have been trying to feed hair into braids for years, my braids are always crisp but I could NEVER add hair. I watched this video for two hours because I knew that the first method was the best I've ever seen but I still couldn't get my fingers out the way... but then it just clicked. Thank you so much for offering your time and teaching this!!!! I appreciate you so much
Thank you so much, I swear feed in braids were rare 6 years ago when I was in beauty school. I was the only one in my class doing braided styles because I knew how before I got to school. So excited to try feed ins on my 3 daughters lol
I did this on myself for the summer and even tho I didn’t use this method. It was easy. I’m trying this method because I needed somethin simple and easy. Thank u for sharing
yessss my 1st time trying feed in was the 1st method and it was ao hard...i figured out a way to do it and it ended up being the 2nd method for me that works...your tutorials are AMAZINGGGGGG... i have searched amd searched...and none are this detailed..THANKS 😍 and I've watched your stitch braid tutorial and yours is THE ONLY ONE helpful
I'm so use to doing the second method, because that's all I see. I never seen the first method before. I can't wait to try it! It looks soo much better!
I must thank you I've watched a few videos on how to do feed in with all failed attempts until now... you've have teaching skills!! Oh I tried both methods when doing my daughters hair and I got it 👍
Thanks so much for your videos.. I have 2 girls who are growing up fast and I cant afford to take them both to get their hair done. you have saved me a lot. thanks again, very detailed...love it
Okay I've been through a lot. Self taught. But this is the best I've seen.❤️🔥 5yrs late. But I'm left handed and I can read this!!🥰🙏🏽🤗😘❤️ New subbie! 3/15/2023
I like the first method, and you are so right some you tubers do use the second method the most. And personally that method has left my braids loose, using the 1st one from now on
This was great! I loved the way you slowed down and taught the feed in process. The first method seamed easier then the second one you showed us. Thanks for the help! 👍🏾
I usually don't have time to watch alot of vids but I ran across you and u are great in explaining your passion...i love like minds. I have some clients that don't even care but trust the neck out of me but I still feel the need to explain HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BRAIDS WHILE UP. .those the one that get on my nerves. I take pride in my passion and money. But for my lifers, they appreciate the passion.. Keep up the great work queen...love it. I don't even know how to video my stuff and post.. one day
