Mr Holler , How would you adapt your program if you had kids 2 times a week ( 120mn training session)?

Speed workout followed by x-factor work. But, I’ve NEVER done more than a 75 minute session… EVER.

How many coaches and athletes have secretly thought there might be a link between training that energizes and enthuses and performance. I know I have. I've learned more from Coach Holler about this fascinating area than in my 57 years of searching for it.

You might find John Danaher’s philosophy/principles interesting. Based on understanding first, then exposer (successful experience in proper application).

No. Never bulk. All my guys lift.
