Nick's laugh can be heard cross county. It's infectious too. Well done Rob Wotton, a class angler. Sadly it looked as though the predictions were right about the peg being naff. Very much enjoyed the video. What little bit of banter we had, kept a silly grin firmly planted. And for me end end note with big happiness. My Lad Luke and his fabulous young woman have had a gorgeous baby girl just over 12 hours ago. If She were a carp, I'd be well pleased, she came in at 8lb 5oz. Wonderful day.
fair play you made 10 and 11 pound entertaining ... love the show ....only been watching for a few days but ive nearly watched them all .... our club is mainly river ...canal ... so its great to watch the commercial matches ..... nick speed seems like a proper gent aswell ..... top angling show Alan !!!
Well done Alan on a very funny video at times at the dreaded hallcroft fishery. Glad you and speedy had a good crack between you as the fishing was dire in your area always same there struggle at first and then you catch a ton in no time at all.Atall,Atall. Better luck at bills place.
Cracking video Nosh, enjoyed the banter, for those who don’t know you as well as I do, that really hurts you losing a quid! Lol (ps slick editing Hedley, top draw!)
How unlucky are you Alan at the draw mate but you still keep laughing still had a good day what a good sport Nick is too. Top stuff again mate look forward to the next one. Mick Booth. 👍😂🎣
That 11lb 4oz did Nick include the tree, another great video and again showing how approachable most anglers are, with a few exceptions. Best of luck and hope you qualify at some point.
Great to see you on the big matches Nosh with the top matchmen. If yourself and a class act like Nick struggle, it just proves the old saying that you can only catch what's in front of you, you can't catch what isn't there and your match was a classic case of that. Just shows how important the draw is. I'm sure you'll pick up a lot from the likes of Nick and others on these big matches and you can learn a lot even when it's been hard going which can only be helpful going forward. P.S. Did you pick up the choccy bar that Dave Wood threw away ? lol.
Unlucky Nosh but as you say it's the luck of the draw but it's always nice to have a bit of fun with your fellow anglers so keep up the good work and better luck next time 🎣🎣🎣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recon you could make stale bread entertaining ! good banter with Nick and Dave,( I notice you didn't say how he got on!!), still there's always next time, cheers.
Haha like that and cheers pal. Yeah didn’t mention Dave’s result with closing the video with Nick outside and I didn’t know how he had done but he ended up 2nd or 3rd in section with about 47lb. He had a decent day. Nosh 👍😀🎣🐒
Very entertaining video Alan that I thoroughly enjoyed watching. Loved the banter between you and Dave and then Nick. Curious to know what the "spinner" is that you were allowed to cast too, Not heard of that one before?
Tell you something, I fished bridge this time last week, and if it wasn't for slapping ont pole, i would of blanked they were that shy in taking off of the bottom! until the margins kicked off.
Shame about the draw Alan.Well done for persisting in your tactics. I suppose a carp and 2 Skimmers is not real reward but its better than a blank. Close call between you and Nick considering he had on paper the better Draw. On wards and up wards.
What about one ssg four inches from the hook just drop it in around just three or four pieces of the same thing on the hook it worked for me give it a try.you mighty fisherman.i watch Dave's videos as well.why don't you Dave Jamie Harrison, and Ben cook.have a freildly match.i love watching all your videos.i ask Dave ages ago.but I think you're be up for it ymf👍
Yes I do that from time to time but you cannot stop the feeder from sliding at hallcroft I’m sure your talking about stopping liners? Plus I was using the method. Maybe a good idea . Cheers Nosh 👍😀🐒🎣
@@fishontvuk yes I do that but when the method doesn't work in the margin you will be surprised with the result.a ssg four inches from the hook tricks them.i had some big carp doing that.give it a try when your struggling nothing to lose.
