tomato paste (6 oz can)
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder (or more!)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or more!)
sweetener to taste
Meatloaf (I doubled a Trim Healthy Mama recipe but here is the single!)

Mexican vegetarian casserole (one casserole dish size)
1 can corn (or 1 1/2 cups)
1 can black beans (or 1 1/2 cups)
one can tomatoes with chilies
1 cup sour ceram
1 cup salsa or picante
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or monterey jack cheese)
2 cups brown rice
1/4 tsp black pepper
top with shredded cheese and green onions
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes in greased 9x13 pan.
