Large centralized top down silo systems are also unsustainable in so many ways. Decentralized, low tech, low on the food chain food definitely makes sense.
A miniscule amount, compared to the animals you consume and the "farming" methods you pay for when you buy animal flesh. And, I'm kindly donating a couple of Hs, free of charge.
@@catdowntheroad5765 A miniscule amount? 8 Billions of us? Some suggest as high as 9 billions. I do not eat much meat and only buy free range, and no halal, but is more expensive, that is why i do not consume much of it. I OBJECTTO THE DEGENERATE INTENSE FARMING, METHOD FIRSTY INTRODUCED BY THE US, EVEN HERE IN THE UK, EVEN MORE THAN YOU DO. KFC BY THE BUCKET ANYONE? HAVE YOU SEEN HOW THEIR CHICKENS ARE REARDED?
Meat cell production cost 20 000€/beef few years ago and now approx. 300€/beef. 🥩🥽🥼🧬🔬⚗It sounds of becoming more affordable. The substitutes of meat cells have not yet been viable options. Also one cell meat production makes available more different kinds meat for all. Also fermentated, one cell products may be one option, but it does not replace totally true meat cells.
As a full time farmers, this guy hasn't a clue. He is just against animals. Without animals then you have no natural fertiliser. If we go organic we won't be able to feed the world. Look at Sri Lanka. Growing crops and cereals is probably more damaging than grass fed animals. Also , only about 1/3 area can grow crops. No soil degradation onmy farm as I am using FYM. I look after my farm and learnt my skills from the generations before me. Actually a lot of farmers don't plow, they use direct drill. I could go on, but this guy is totally deluded.
