Do you feel like you lean to one side when you walk or stand? Could it be that your leg length is short because your low back hip or pelvis are twisted? ADVANCED CHIROPRACTIC OF DALLAS DR ALI ELAHI DC www.DallasRingDinger.com
My feet are like that. All comes from my spine, scoliosis. It also raises my right hip and lowers the left hip. In my 20's, I was accused of wiggling my hips to catch a neighbor's husband, until I showed her WHY I wiggled.
Hey @Judy Fenske, check if maybe you fit the left AIC pattern. there are tests which assess if you have that problem, which might be the reason for hip shift and assymetry. Good luck
Chiropractic therapy is intense. I have received it and it really requires a solid confidence on the part of the practitioner in his skill, training, and awareness of the body. You really need a feel for it. Your amazing at it.
I used to have terrible hip pain for years and I went to the chirp for it and I had this same problem. Years later I found out that I had a short leg and just needed a lift. I don't have pain anymore so you know, check for that first.
I had the same issue. I had pain in my left knee and lower back. All gone after the therapy. I highly recommend it to anyone who has these kinds of problems.
If you find a good chiropractor they are worth their weight in gold. Physiotherapy is useless if you have a bad back. So are hospitals and Doctors. I've had problems like my son for years. The only person who gave us our lives back was the chiropractor.
Couldn't be further from the truth, chiropractors only cause brief relief in exchange for worsening the problem, physical therapy actually cures or helps the problem.
You need to just see an orthopedic who will prescribe you with custom insoles, then exercise using the in-soles to strengthen the new balanced hip position. If pain comes back or worsen, you might have the wrong soles so check back with your doctor. If you just let them "adjust" it, it will fall back into imbalance because you muscles and tendons are still adjusted to the imbalanced hip position meaning nothing to support the hip in proper position. Hope it helps 🙏
Ive got to figure out how to get down there and set an appointment. Im in so much pain and i have EVERYTHING. Scoliosis, si joint dysfunction, facet syndrome, leg length discrepancy, and thats not even half
You need pain management and a good neurosurgeon or Orthopedic Surgeon. Not chiropractor it will hurt you worse. Get an mri and go to a pain management and orthopedic specialist ma'am. ❤
I pass by chiropractors offices all the time and just want to walk in and get my back adjusted. Problem is im scared i will get bad luck and end up in the hospital paralyzed.

I now realize why my chiropractor puts my feet together and do this. The cracking sound is the chair. Not the actual bone. The sounds aren’t actually this loud unless it’s in your neck. You can hear those more due to the closeness of the ear
Does it not come back though? I don5 think any of this is permanent but it devotedly help. I need to do some research. It’s very enjoyable to watch. The noise of the cracks, I guess that’s trapped air in the joints
If he moves both legs to the left, they will be level. If he moves them to the right there will be more of a distance. I don't know how that starting "look how her feet are on a different level" proves anything because I can set up a 6-7cm difference both ways if I slightly angle my hips.
