Alright quick tip, if your shoulders burn during tricep pushdowns, you’re most likely internally rotating them and pressing straight down with a grip that’s way too close at the bottom. Instead, retract your scapula by rolling your shoulders back and think of pulling the weight out behind you rather than pushing it forward for slight shoulder extension at the bottom and a full contraction of the tricep.
