How do you reset your mind when anxiety creeps on?
January is always a little tough on my mental health. Whilst I enjoy December for the anticipation and build-up towards Christmas, I find that January brings a long wait and impatience for spring. I hoped to share a few routines and rituals I do to replenish my soul in those times. A few evening habits and mindset that have kept anxiety at bay, or at least lessened its intensity over time. Hope you enjoy this video 🌻

So glad to have found ur channel!! Calming n aesthetic.. would love to know how you keep ur cats away from ur plants..am struggling to allow plants indoors cause of my 3 cats

Thanks for your comment 💜! We’ve had the plants ever since they were kittens so they have grown used to them. Interestingly they seem to know which ones aren’t good for them to eat, expect maybe those that look like grass to them. These should be put higher up to avoid them nibbling on it ☺️. There are many nice pet friendly plants so I’d suggest you start with those ones. This way there is no stress if your cats have a snack on them 🙃. For us we mostly had an issue with them digging out the dirt, so I placed clay balls and stones above the soil ☺️. They were playing a bit with the leaves at first but not so much now, cats get bored quite quickly!
