How do you reset your mind when anxiety creeps on?
January is always a little tough on my mental health. Whilst I enjoy December for the anticipation and build-up towards Christmas, I find that January brings a long wait and impatience for spring. I hoped to share a few routines and rituals I do to replenish my soul in those times. A few evening habits and mindset that have kept anxiety at bay, or at least lessened its intensity over time.
