Setting goals and wanting to get somewhere, but sometimes and oftentimes fining it to be scary? Or lonely? Or vulnerable? Because it requires being yourself and showing the world who you really are.
Living the life you want to live and being who you really are. Wouldn't that be kind of amazing?
Wouldn't it actually bring better mental health to the world if we all dared being ourselves and going for what we actually long for. What actually sounds nice, tempting, dreamy. Instead of doing what we think the world expect of us.
That is what my podcast has been about and what I am now bringing into my retreats, coaching, workshops. Into peoples lives, relationships and workplaces.
