I was guided to this meditation somehow I awoke this morning with a feeling that something in me had shifted and the depression I went to bed with was transformed into pure love and understanding. This meditation opened a door for me. I feel unchained.

I just ended very hard and draining chapter for me (full of stress and pressure) and, did this meditation today and cried of happiness. It was so perfect I still have tears in my eyes writing this, thank you!
