Feeling low but not knowing why...
After so many months of feeling unwell and not really feeling like myself, I think it may have caught up on me. The past week things have really hit me. This feeling, I would not wish it on anyone. From someone who usually knows the answers I feel I have none at the present moment.

I can relate to what you’re feeling. I’m one of life’s over-thinkers and I suspect you’re a bit like that too. I think you’ll do just fine with your career. From my experience, you only have yourself to beat. It’s your time now mate, go for it! I get anxious about so much, but when I throw myself into it, it always comes out great. So sorry about your nan, it’s a cruel disease

Thank you for your comment. You really have mentioned a lot of the things which really do trouble me on a regular basis. Over-thinking, that's the word I quite often look for but never comes to mind. I often find myself thinking and worrying about so much I often get lost with how I feel where I’ve thought about it so much and then for a few days struggle to get back to how I usually feel, i.e. the normal me, trying to be positive! Thank you for your kind words in regards to my Nan. She means the world to me and your right its heart breaking and soul destroying. I try to support her as much as I can alongside my Mum, visiting lots and trying to keep everything as she would have had it, it's tough but my Nan battles on. The strength she has and determination, with the upmost of willpower for life is my inspiration for my own life.
