I appreciate your work. I have dealt with anxiety for a while, but nothing like it has been in the last couple of months. Full-blown panic attacks for no reason. I have a hard time leaving the house. Once I get in my car, I'm fine. Getting there seems to be a problem. My PCP put me on some medication yesterday that is supposed to help. But, I have gotten relief from your videos and in knowing that I'm not alone.

What do you think about life coaching. I deal with depression and anxiety so I have experience with the subject. How would you feel if said I was going to be a life coach? Would it help or hurt me?
