Feit Smart Dimmer Switch Not Connecting to WiFi

This video is to troubleshoot Feit Smart Dimmer Switch that is not able to connect to WiFi.
I have professional electrician to install my all smart switches at home. Some Feit switches work automatically by connecting via EZ Mode.
However, some of my Feit switches do not seem to connect.
I check the wiring, making sure the Neutral and Ground was installed correctly, but still having issue.

Thank you for this! Entering AP mode on my phone was not working as expected, so it wasn't clear I had to manually swap to wifi settings and connect to the switch's network. Even after that, I had to turn off the feature that checks for internet connectivity when joining a new network. Just having the prompt pop up was preventing the process from returning to the app to start pairing.

The issue with the right one is that it’s the older version. I bought mine at Costco and you’ll see they have two separate SKU part numbers

I don’t see the hotspot show up in my wifi list sadly, tried to hold the button even after its blinking.

once it binks fast you gotta hold it til its slow.

@@JakeHamilton-ft4lg The problem started when we had a hiccup in our power which temporary turned off our wifi for a few minutes, so I followed another instruction online that says just toggle the circuit breaker the light switch is on again and that worked. I don't think my problem could be solved with the traditional method, basically had to do a hard reset (powering off a while).
