It takes almost 10 years for him to build that emotion when singing. Been thru difficult times for 10 years living on the street alone and the only friend he has was himself. He talk to his other self in songs. So happy to see people supporting a true talent like him without counting on look and appearances. I was really mad when he was rejected on the Idol audition and was sent home (Back to the street in Jogjakarta) very early from The Voice Indonesia.

I think it will be good for him not Continuing that kind of competition. Remember not all winner of those competitions are success in the music industry. I think it will be better for him to show his vocal skill on youtube rather than in competition.

I honestly think some Indonesian idol judges do not deserve to be the judge. One good example is Claudia Santoso who became the winner of the Voice's Germany. She was also rejected from one of the Indonesian voice competitions.

Well done Serene… it’s a very complete reaction. 👍 After listening to almost all of your reactions, you're probably a reactor who is commenting on every line of lyrics sung by a singer. In my humble opinion, the ability of a singer is not only determined by the singing technique based on text book that he/she has, but also the type of voice and talent that God has given to him. In addition, educational and family background as well as life experiences that he/she has been through will also form a singer to become a great one. Thus, (I think) there are many factors that make a singer become a legend in terms of singing. Once again, this is only my ‘cents’ opinion. Please forgive me if I’ve made you feel uncomfortable… Looking forward to hearing your comments of other Indonesian singers. ✌️😁
