Pedro, im a fan and i have a suggestion / request! Would you take a manufacturer and make a breakdown of their product range? Say companies like eureka,mazzer and 1zpresso, their products look similar or the same from exterior and websites do little to no explanation on how each product are different and what their intended uses are. It takes a lot of research to understand when it should be explained well. Im sure im not the only one having this issue…

Thanks Pedro and yes I would have preferred a premium Fellow espresso grinder (ODE build quality) however as they have produced a budget espresso grinder probably aimed at the novice which is also very welcome, the actual grind adjustment workflow on the Opus is complex (as you mentioned) when compared to the clever and simple adjustment of the Baratza ESP so why design a budget espresso grinder with a complex grind adjustment workflow for the novice? In saying that, the Opus may have other pros that make it worthwhile for a novice to persevere and master the adjustment workflow. I did recently receive a comment from an Opus owner who did just that however I'm not sure whether or not he was a novice. I don't own an Opus or ESP but I'm certain that I would choose the ESP over the Opus just on the clever and simple grind adjustment workflow alone. Cheers.
