Probation for "Trump" is positively a waste of time as he will continue doing what he has been with no regard, in fact he will trash the judicial and ruling. "Trump" has been doing whatever he wants to do for over 4 decades, he will not stop.

I rate jail time as doubtful, given these lowest level New York felonies. I would, however, like to see Judge Merchan dangle jail over this defendant telling him how it is time he showed some remorse for the crimes. Basically saying if Trump shows remorse he gets probation and if not, it's jail.. It's what I'd like to see, but I don't expect Trump to get prison time.
