Seriously. A lot of people, especially women, think they're pulling a fast one on people by trying to pass as natty. Yet you see these female Crossfit put on a wild amount of muscle mass in a year's time, with obvious signs of PED use, and we're supposed to keep pretending.

why can't people just mind their own damn business? just assume that most people with a good physique competing is not unlikely to be taking something. it's crazy to me how people are like you.. PEDs are illegal. that's why we don't talk about it. It's not just us admitting to it, we put our friends and families in awkward positions. Some of us may have children that go to school. You think it'd be fun for our kids to hear "your daddy is a juice head!"?

Yeah maybe true. But a lot of young kids are watching this and taking steroids is just fcking lame and bad for your body. Its not normal and it shouldnt be normalized.
@@MdoubleHBxxxxThey all do. Women don't have as much testosterone as men so they it's harder for them to build and keep muscle. Some women can build up more muscle than others but not to a very large degree.
How about we go to the gym and work out like normal folk and stop trying to pick people up, pry into their lives, but also stop showing off, trying to make it I to a beauty pageant. And we just exercise and leave. Remember before social media when that's how the gym was. Or atleast it was moreso like that. Now people wanna posy every single time they go to the gym and record themselves like look at me, or worse, wanna record others. Like just work out. That's why today even if everyone had a private gym in there house they'd still go to a public one just for validation 🙄

@@teddyperkins3406 O’hearn is as natural as meat in American grocery stores. Go to a butcher and get quality food. Don’t go to Mike o Hearn for advise. You can’t trust someone who says “I’m natty” while bigger than most pro bodybuilder at 50+.
Damn nothing hotter than honesty. Hats off to her. Anabolics don’t mean she didn’t work hard for what she’s accomplished. And good for her stopping before any serious side effects show themselves.
Her honesty is super refreshing. For a long time I didn’t know how common it is to be on gear. I found myself struggling to put on mass any definition the natural way and would be discouraged by all these fitness influences who obviously had some sort of edge, I just couldn’t figure it out. We need more of this kind of disclosure so young men and women who get into the fitness scene understand that a big proportion of fitness influencers are not natty and that being on gear is a serious risk to your health. This is not to say that if you’re on gear that you don’t work hard, but the results of people on gear who have their diets and macros dialed in and are super dedicated far exceeds people who live the same lifestyle who are natty (unless they are just really genetically gifted).
