The currency maybe good but there is no job opportunity that is why the citizens of the countries you mentioned are here in the oyinbo lands in search of jobs opportunities too just like those whose countries currency are bad so note that there is definitely different between good currency and job opportunities
Ghana cedis maybe better than Naira but the standard of living in Nigeria is far far better than in Ghana. Don’t look the weight of currency in comparison to dollars but look at the purchasing power of the money in the irrespective countries. I agree that some African countries have working systems as it is obtainable overseas. Lastly, Africans can’t work legally in Africans countries which is not country of origin without paying through your nose to purchase work permit. For instance, you need 500dollars to obtain work permit in Ghana before a Nigerian or other foreigners can work. It’s not easy for Africans to migrate to Africans countries. However, with all these bottlenecks I prefer staying in Africa

Having high exchange to dollar doesn't mean economic wellness or opportunities to prosper. For eg, no reasonable person will leave Nigeria to go settle in Zambia because it'll be from fry pan to fire. There are a lot countries' currencies which dwarf the dollar but the economy & purchasing power of the currency are the main factors
