I remember when I was on the wrestling team in high school there was a female on the team, I remember she won one match which was pretty impressive despite the fact that wrestling matches are weight based so you wrestle someone your same size of course, girls just arent built to be able to physically handle men, but I knew someone on the team of the kid she beat and he told me the kid was so embarrassed he immediately quit the team.
She didn't play quarterback. They put her in for one play to hand the ball off just to be able to say a girl technically played the quarterback position. Total gimmick and she should feel patronized by it not proud.
I hate that just like when they give special needs people free touchdowns. Of course they took this yellow journalism and ran with it. But seriously, having a female qb is suicide. Lol and the bad math 10-7 is 3 points
1. Stance is awful 2. Throwing motion resembles a child 3. Too short, she's not doug Flutie 4. Her hands are so small she has to get under the ball therefore she can't get any yardage under the throw, max 20 yard throw 5. No shot of making it too the college level or even starting her senior year if a semi mediocre QB shows up. Overall QB grade : D - Can improve mechanics Can't change height nor hand size.
It's not that I hate women, but I dont think a women can be proficient at skill positions against division 1 schools. They just are not physically the right size and speed combination

I'd like to know how big her hands are. I have teeny hands with short, stubby fingers. Even if I could throw halfway decently (I can't) I couldn't hold onto the ball long enough to throw it. It's too big for my hands and fingers.

Why QB? She hands the ball off and runs the opposite direction. Put her in at RB or LB. Then she will be required to actually make contact with the opposition. She does have a better throwing motion then the one in WI.

Hey! I am a freshman who is starting QB who took my team to the playoffs last year and have a good chance of going to state oh but since I'm not a girl that doesn't mean anything in the eyes of the public
So how does the locker room situation work? I don't think the school can deny her, or the rest of the team really, the ability to get dressed in a gender specific room, but pregame talks are pretty important to the game. Does she dress somewhere else and then come in afterwards or did the whole team agree to forfeit that right?
i played for my school and i got dressed in the girls locker room then the coach would come out and tell me when all the buys were dressed do i could come in their locker room. As long as the boys aren't getting dressed and theirs coaches in there , i could be in their.

ALG MVP no you totally should!! i'm 130 and pure muscle. i'm 5'3. it's a lot of fun. the boys treated me like another boy and it was a great expierence. i'll defiantly keep playing through high school.

This is so fucking stupid. The most brutal hits in football are the no-hesitation ones. 90% of the time it's a kill or be killed kind of mentality. Then there's that last 10% of the time when you just kind of don't want to hit the person. Like if your playing D-Line, and a freshman is coming up to block you, and you can tell he's been grinding, you don't just want to knock him flat on his ass and ruin his morale. Same shit here. Nobody wants to tackle her, and nobody will. If everybody did as they were supposed to do so if the QB was a guy, she'd be hurt, injured, and broken all over the place before the end of the 1st quarter. But please don't tell us any of this "girl power" crap.
Seriously though I don't think girls should play football. As soon as one get laid the hell out people will think differently. I'm all about woman's rights and all that. At the same time though we have laws in this country where men will be locked up for hitting women. Why because we are physically stronger than they are. Same goes with a sport like football it's a physical game women shouldn't play because men are genetically stronger.
