*Had this done on me 50 years ago. The Güntscher nail (rod) was removed 6 months later. It was in Sweden, Stockholm. Local anaesthesia. It was a horribly painful experience. @@celiajessiman5260 Hard to say, really. Breaking your femur is pretty damn painful. My leg bruised and swelled up. So that kinda overshadowed any pain from the rod and screws being put in.
Sir i have nail inside my bone....i want to know that how long we can keep it inside our bone...is it harmful to keep it for so long....its been 4 years its inside my bond...i haven't take out it yet...plz replay sir
