I would take retrograde nail for this one. Nail is somehow short distal to the fracture. Thank you for the very much for your videos :)

Would you do a poller/blocking screw in femur for this case? Secondary deforning forces could re-deforn the fracture in the weeks post op, no? Or stress the hardware too muvh
