The guy who owns Discount Fence is a smart one. Massive marketing campaign for a minimal cost. Shows off his workmanship and proves he’s trustworthy. A true win/win for all involved. Well done sir.

Awful advice from that contactor, if you run a business, you MUST take deposits, never on labor, only on material. for every bad contactor out there stealing your money there is 10 homeowners that will not pay you

I agree, I ask for 25 percent. If clients wants to play the pay for THEIR project upfront and hope they pay me when it's done, I walk away.

The guys who got their fences put up by the Discount Fence company should do the right thing and pay the recovered deposits right back to Discount Fence!
