Fender American Vintage Telecaster Custom 72.
1972 was an important year for Fender company - it was the year when they for the first time decided to put a humbucker pickup in one of their models - a Telecaster Custom. They hired Seth Lover to design their own humbucker in 1970s, and it was intended to break Fender's image as a 'single coil guitar company'. Original Fender Wide Range pickups are said to sound fat, yet retaining typical Fender clarity and detail - which make them different from Gibson humbuckers.
