Fender have made these pedals fitter, happier, more productive than their last budget offerings. Nice to see your little eyes light up as you said "it's big". Great review.
Andy, I really appreciate the "Top 5 tones" section. Often with complicated effects pedals, a person can get a bit lost with possibilities. A "Top 5 tones" section cuts through that confusion quite a bit.
I love that you added Radiohead into the review! It makes everything fitter, happier, more productive 😊 I’m a Volante owner so don’t really need this but it is amazing how good the sounds are from this one at such a fraction of the cost! It sounded like the Mars Volta btw with your “just noises” setting, which is great! 😁
Don’t know about you but after a fretboard workout with the fender space delay I know I would feel fitter, happier and more productive 🤣 great stuff Andy, genuine actually impressed with the space delay that’s a lot of pedal for the cost! 👍🏼
Great, fun review, thanks! That pedal sounds absolutely like what I've been looking for, it could make me fitter, happier and more productive in my band... If I can avoid getting carried away with those modulated repeats!
If I were to stop buying pedals and invest in going to the gym or something, I'd be fitter. Happier. More Productive... NOT! This sounded like a really good pedal! Always nice to see great delays, reverbs, and modulations at a lower price point. I think that sometimes drives and gain pedals get all the attention for the budget segment so this is indeed an interesting offering by Fender!
Fitter, Happier, More Productive! I liked this pedal about as much as you did definately better than the last. but unfortunately it costs 125 usd where I live..
Fitter happier and more productive, not sure about the more productive bit though, you could lose hours messing around with that pedal. Better sounds than the previous "Delay" pedal, IMO!
I like a simple clean delay with no modulation. Doesn't really matter if it's digital or analog as long as it sounds clean. There's plenty of choices out there for under $100. Right now I'm happy with the one on my black star stereo i.d. core 100. Otherwise I use the analog mxr.
Fitter happier and more productive ductive… ductive… tive.. e Great review! Now to decide between this and the Nux tape core, or keep saving for a multi delay or multi fox unit 🤔
I’ve got this beast and it’s fun for sure. It might not play perfectly with other DSP reverbs, because there seems to be some redundancy in the algorithm. If you’re using real spring reverb from an amp that might work better. Just a fitter happier 2 cents. This might explain why the hammer tone reverb doesn’t have a spring setting though? Well that or most fender amps have pretty killer spring reverbs, so why would they?
i have a choice between the space or the delay ? both are 40 quid . so from what youve said, the space is a reg delay but with added fun that you can switch on off?
Fritter, Clappier and Tall Inductive (I think that's what you said) and Oh do I want this pedal (goes to Thomann account in new browser tab) not that I let this video influence me in any way
Shittles! What's happened? A moment ago I was just my normal poverty line hugging American bowl of vanilla pudding with hair in it, now I've become more fit, happy and I will become more productive member of our species. My word my bond! Must say I'm rather annoyed I must big you farewell oversized bowl of berry's only cap'n crunch to find another 38 yr old bowl of vanilla pudding with hair in it to take over being my mother's caregiver for her AML for I can go play guitar 24/7 only with the Fender Space Delay for eternity or until our up and coming civil war ends my massive world changing licks with a Bayonett. I miss my mom Henning!!!!!! And I'm dead!!!!!!!!!! She has no one!!!!!!!!!!!!
