It definitely looks heavier than your olaplex video, but I like it better. It makes your hair look fuller like how Aaliyah’s hair looks.

Thank you for the honest review. I know exactly what you mean about the product sitting. I hate when that happens cuz you always know before you finish it’s not gonna hit like it normally would!😩
@ZeneseAshley

Lol yes I automatically knew it wasn’t going to hit! She definitely needs a lighter weight product for the blowout/silk press girls!

I noticed the heaviness after you blow dried it. It doesn't look bad, but it'll certainly get oily sonner.

Okay I’m so glad you could see it on camera the heaviness 😅 I was trying my best to explain it but I was like they are going to be like girl what are you talking about!? 😂 but yes, I filmed this last Friday and my hair is for sure already oily!

Thanks for this review! Your hair is absolutely gorgeous and can do no wrong 🥰 From your experience how would you compare this line to Cecred?

I think the heat protectant will be helpful if you travel to a city with high humidity. I get what you mean. I think less product would make a difference but your hair looks moisturized.
@ZeneseAshley
@ZeneseAshley 3 месяца назад
Oh yeah my hair was for sure moisturized, the products definitely worked in that way! I just don’t think that heat protectant is a good product to use if you’re going for a silk press/blowout style!

Idk why ‘they’ keep coming out with these creamy heat protectants ; they’re usually all too heavy… spray me please 😂lol I understand exactly what you were trying to describe

She prob needs a second option. I rollerset and flexirod my hair a lot and i actually do like cream heat protectant for that…but i agree, silk press need liquid/water based heat protectants.
@ZeneseAshley
@ZeneseAshley 3 месяца назад
Absolutely agree! I think the cream heat protectant would be perfect for a rod/roller set but we for sure need some lighter for the silk presses & blowouts!

Okay! I love a good light weight spray and even a lightweight serum or something that leaves my hair weightless but still protected!

@@ZeneseAshleyI agree with y’all, I think this cream would go great when blowing hair to go into braids, so you can keep the moisture locked in. Otherwise, they need a serum.

Your hair still look good using these products... but Olaplex does better to me

I know exactly what you mean about the clumping!! I was scared of getting this heat protectant strictly bc of this too.
@ZeneseAshley
@ZeneseAshley 3 месяца назад
Okay yes!! You know what I’m talking about, I couldn’t really explain it but those that silk press their hair know that look of your hair clumping together… I knew from the consistency of that heat protectant it wasn’t going to do right 🤦🏾‍♀️ but I wanted to be thorough and give it a try!

The only thing about this line that really annoys me is the fact that the products expire in 6 months..smh. Thank you for the review though! Love your videos 😊

Thank you so much for watching! And wow, I didn’t even pay attention to the expiration/shelf life on the products! 6 months is so short 🥴

Where’d you see the expiration date on any of the products?
@sweetnsassy9057
@sweetnsassy9057 3 месяца назад
@@money-talkswithmel6455 On the back of the bottles, near the ingredients list. There’s a picture of an open jar with a number 6 inside of it that stands for 6 months.

@@sweetnsassy9057 If it sits for 6 months it’s probably something you don’t love anyway. It’s probably not a staple product.
