Thank you for your honesty. I was also disappointed with the performance of the homecurl so much so that I trashed it and the controlling type “edge control”. The gelly type is actually great for slick backs and twist outs as the definition and hold does last. I wish she wouldn’t have formulated the cream as a standalone product because it definitely needs more hold for type 4 hair

The first day looks like a fresh Jerry curl, and that is a compliment❤ because, when I would get my fresh Jerry curl back in the '80s you couldn't tell me nothing!😂 Curls shining😂.That being said, even after a few days it still looks beautiful and fluffy. Great review! Your hair looks amazing!🎉 I love frizz I like when after a few days it has more kink volume. I tend to think after my twist outs that's when it looks the best, so I kind of lean towards that way. But I understand your disappointment when you're wanting to keep steady definition.
