Due to its impressive benefits, it is widely used amongst many Indian cultures! Indian women have been using Fenugreek in their diets and hair care routines since ancient times! The Fenugreek plant can be used in many different ways. Some people like to use its leaves or seeds. You can soak the seeds overnight, strain, then add the water to a smoothie and use the soaked seeds as a great salad topping, or you can boil the seeds for 10 minutes, strain, and use that water as a leave-in spray for your hair. You can also make a Fenugreek hair oil! This plant is sooo versatile! Today we will be making a moisturizing hair mask from Fenugreek powder! This hair mask is great for dry, damaged hair, those transitioning from heat damaged, flaky/dandruff scalp, and those experiencing hair loss/thinning. This mask can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, that way you can use it 2x a week! This works for ALL hair textures! 2a-4c!
