This sounds like an awesome series! You have scrounge around all over the place to get good data pieced together. Having so many reviews done at once is a valuable tool.

I hog hunt in TX as often as I can manage it and can say without a doubt, I learned most of what I know now from you. Really enjoyed the New format of your videos. It's nice to see y'all putting hogs down. But it's also good for those of us who are barely getting into night hunting to learn more about the rifles and optics so we're able to make more informative decisions. Two thumbs up.

Great video, as usual Todd. Using "budget-friendly" Wolf ammo with that higher end setup does make me wonder about doing gear reviews using complete high end setups compared to complete budget setups.

Great video. I would suggest using your 6.5 Grendel rifle with the Sightmark Photon RT that you tested last year. I'm coming to Texas in February with this set up and I'd love to see it in action one more time. 👍

Great video as usual Todd. Should put a best of the best combo together. .308 with 185gr bondstrike ,which finally got my hands on some by the way, and ReapIR 60mm gen2. No need to rate that combo I guess. On video nothing came close to the lethality of those bondstrikes. Maybe it was just that video you obviously were there. But they sure seem impressive. Also Todd check out Acadianarmament.com. They have make very good high quality suppressors right in your backyard in Louisiana.

I just bought a Adams Arms piston 16inch for pig hunting. Can I use any hunting round in there as I noticed you used soft points? I thought one could only use FMJs or hard points in ARs for reliable feeds?

I seen lots of Russian soft point act like regular fmj. Not mushrooming at all. Barnel and sellier & bellot from Czech Republic works good.

Have you had any issues with Inforce Lights? specifically the mount itself. I had one, loved the light but the tension screw would never stay tight and I lost my light in the stand this year. Cant say Im happy about it.

I do like this series of videos. There is so many options and so many budgets out there and hunters who can not get out there as often as you can. This is a good way to let us know what works/what kind of works/what doesn’t work. 5.56 XM855, how does it do? It’s very very cheap and seems the steel core and yaw would be effective. I know a 308 would be better, but there are a lot of AR15s out there.
