Its fall time & that means it's time to make some Pickles. Instead of making them the traditional way, we decided to try something new...Fermentation. These Fermented Pickles or Sour Dill Pickles are very easy to make & doesn't take a lot of setup. Fermentation has the benefit of being a healthy food source for your gut & digestive system. Adding Dill, Garlic & pickling spice to the recipe made for a delicious snack afterwards!
