I don't think alonso cares about money anymore. I think between a big paycheck and a winning car he'd choose the latter without blinking an eye.

Zak "oh Fuck " brown will not be in charge of McLaren next season.. he is a moron an useless at his job.. clearly demonstrated by his inept business decisions . An then to try convince himself he's done the right thing... whilst still producing a well below par race car.. "McLaren have the best chassis on the grid 2017 statement .. just this Honda power unit that's the issue." Honda had nothing to do with the McLaren chassis ... so why is it still shit..? An I told them last year that Honda would produce a better power unit that Renault .. an what a surprise ... they have .. Alonso still has a contract with Mclaren outside F1. He's driving for Mclaren at the 2020 Indy 500. All of Alonso's other drives in 2019 like with Wayne Taylor Racing at Daytona and Toyota Gazoo were set up by Mclaren. Even Mclaren's 2019 and 2020 cars, Alonso was their test driver and consultant.

He chose renault.

Pék Backer I wanted to say that it says a little more about his relationsship with Vettel. I know that he doesnt like Vettel because of the 2 lost championsships, also we have some rumours that Vettel and Mattiachi "forced him " out of Ferrari.

Hamilton has always said that there was no animosity between them. And that the fight wasnt personal. Alonso agreed. And that the riff was mostly due to team decisions, etc. They got along despite what happened on track. I believe Lewis said it at the 2018 Abu Dhabi press conference.
